Morganite is supposed to be pink and easily comes eye clean just like aquamarine does. This stone is brownish peach and included... neither color or clarity make it rank with the traditional look and prices of morganite. Is it ugly ? I don't think so. Beryl is respectable gem material even in untraditional colors and I can easily immagine some attractive design sporting this one. Even if it doesn't get recut.

Just for ref: 10 carat morganite beryl $400 at AJSgems

I would expect the color to be lighter than this picture - it rarely gets this pink, even a shade lighter than the picture would still be better than the average I know.
Among current Ebay listings, this appears "sincere" (pun intended) about the usual intensity of average morganite color:

Brownish tint and glaring inclusions would do away with the price asap - champagne beryl is more rock-shop curiosity than jewelry material, for better or worse. As far as I know...

Brownish yellow or yellowish brown beryl is not morganite - it is usually called golden beryl or heliodor. Face up that stone looks more brown than yellow, but it ain''t morganite any more than it''s a yellow aquamarine!
