It''s funny it was on your radar too ... I think they''ve been peeking in on Pscope & were inspired by your MAIN project!! I was almost afraid to want it -- for fear of being a low-rent copy cat!!Date: 9/25/2007 1:46:37 PM

I wanted the garnet... but don''t want one that''s too purple-y.
Re: the garnet ... I checked out the reviews on their site & in their (get this) forum ... and people seemed pretty pleased with the color - though it doesn''t show off the cut quite as clearly. Bet it has less windowing though!
Wheeeeeee! I missed the post where you said you''d ordered it. WHEEEEEEEE! (I am such a nerdy sheep that when I saw your new photo I went & found my ring & put it on immediatelyDate: 10/18/2007 4:04:43 PM

I''m curious if the amethyst will be too dark to showcase the cut? How''s the quality of the diamonds? What about the citrine? Ar the diamonds at least clear?
I still want the blue topaz!Date: 10/18/2007 6:16:56 PM

LOVE the golden hue!
GYP???? CHRONO???? Who''s next???
P.S. -- I *do* think mine has some windowing ... transparenty areas of less faceting that you can see through to the finger or environment below. But you only notice that in some kinds of lighting. Mostly it''s sparkly & fun & comfy & thrifty!
That''s what I''ve been wearing it for. It came a few days before a weekend in Vegas, and it was fun to wear for that! It''s good for nightlife, etc. but so not an everyday piece (for me, anyway).Date: 10/24/2007 10:42:39 AM

The other thing that bugs me is that the ring is wearing me, instead of the other way. I guess it doesn''t help that the smallest ring size 5 is still too large for me. I enjoy looking at it, but it looks ridiculous on my finger, almost costumish on me. I''m not sure if I ought to return it or just keep it for occasional fun wear.
Oh no, I was excited to hear what it looked like. Oh well.Date: 10/26/2007 7:19:33 PM

FG... I''m returning it tonight to Costco. It''s well, underwelming. EXTREMELY underwelming. The peridot is so pale and it''s and oval, in the pear shaped pendant it''s just weird, plus its held by these really ick prongs, the diamonds are chips, and well... it''s just all wrong. If you want a pic, I''ll take a couple and post them... but that sucker is going back. 45K for the pendant huh? I was in Joe Escrobar and they had a pear earring and pendant set... I didn''t ask the carat weight, but they were LARGE, STUNNING, WHITE, and did I mention STUNNING. Simple thin platinum bezel (super thin) around the diamonds. I was in raptures. I was there helping a co-worker pick out a diamond for his lady, so I was occupied with that but I wanted to try the set on so FREAKING bad! I would run over and check them out one of these days if you have time.
It''s not an Asscher-cut Citrine ... but have you seenDate: 11/12/2007 4:38:45 PM

I know it''s not the same ring, but I''m seriously considering getting this ring as a late birthday/early Christmas present from my hubby. (He''s letting me out the present). It''s my birthstone, it looks great with my skin tone, and my other top choice of e-ring design was an asscher with baguette sidestones.

I know you usually get what you pay for, but I was wondering how you ladies felt about the quality of the jewelry from QVC as far as fun jewelry (nothing heirloom quality expected here). I''ve had my eye on this red spinel ring, but if it''s going to look too much like a toy ring, I''d rather pass. Thanks!
