New Rough Found?

Did anyone hear of a new type of material found in Tanzania? A freind of mine says he bought some material from a guy who discovered it and is trying to see if it is a new mineral. He''s going to send me some rough to look at. He says the colors are green, orange and color change green to orange. He says the RI and specific gravity are the same as tanzanite but it doesn''t change color when heated. Anyone else hear of this?
