skippy...the spinel is 1 carat, it measures 6mm. I was worried it would look too small on my neck, but I am really happy with its size.

I'm not at liberty to say the vendor that I got the spinel from...unfortunetly they have been banned from PS ..

But I can tell you that I worked with Bob at White Flash. He ordered me the casting from Adwar, and took care of everything. It was quick and worry free...can't say enough about it

That looks great! How did you find the setting and did they mind using a stock setting? Just curious cause I''m in the process of looking for a setting for a colored stone.

I found the setting, thanks to another PS''er- Jelly, in the Adwar catalog. WF was awesome to work with, and they didnt mind at all that I used a casting. They actually ordered it for me and took care of everything.
