Newbie Phase 2 - Diamond Help

Thanks to those that responded to my first post earlier in the week. After continued research, I've determined that an upgrade policy is very important to me, and the premium for H&A branded is worth it. As such, I've migrated to BGD and I'm strongly considering having them create a custom setting and purchase on of their H&A diamonds. My budget is now $13k and it appears that the setting will be no more than $2k leaving $11k for the diamond. I'm looking for 1.5 ct. best cut possible, color H-I, VS2-SI1 eye clean. I contacted them and they sent me the two following diamonds:

Any issues with either of these diamonds? Does one look better than the other?

Also, from what I can tell, BGD is well thought of here. Anything I need to be wary of in dealing with them?
