I think your EGL L looks whiter than my GIA L!!! But you're right, the lighting for sure makes a truckload of difference. I went into an auto parts store (Never seen my ring sparkle like that before. Not even at the mall or Home Depot. It was on freaking steroids.) and the center looked the same color as the G/H melee stones. But that's the only place I have seen it do that. You should visit an auto parts store. I went to an O'reilly's with DH and I probably looked like a fool walking around with my hand up in the air while men were looking at auto parts.

It's really hard to believe how white it can be considering the L grading. I'm not that color sensitive but my mom is, and she has no idea that it's an L color. All she sees is sparkle and pretty!

Is your polish a gel/shellac? I love the color, and would love to know who makes it, and what the color name is

Thank you manderz! Yes, my polish is a shellac, but I forgot what color. It's a grey with subtle pink and purple glitter. I had my nails done almost a month ago, so they're quite outgrown. I love shellac polishes - I find them so much efficient, cleaner, and longer lasting than regular manicures. Totally worth the price!
