. I must agree you have ended up with fabulous choices. I love the blue stone in the marquise setting and the setting for your RB is just fabulous. I love the antique repros are beautiful too. wow, wow, wow, you done good girl...

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Thank you all so much!! I am still soooooooooooo happy with my sapphire :) Picked up my settings yesterday and took them to my jeweler. He said they were just cast and not cleaned up so I can''t give an honest opinion yet. He had to order a new head for the marquise so mine would fit correctly.... I having that one set first to see how I like the setting :) I will post pictures as soon as it is done :) WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

woooooooooooooooo here are some of the pretty stones I bought from Riogem and two sapphires I bought from AJS.... WOOOO, I am going to put all three sapphires (2 new ones and 1 that is currently in two tone setting) in the antique reproduction. I have decided to keep my RB in its traditional solitare setting... I just put the citrine in my yellow gold crazy ring you see there :) I have lots of fun other projects to do now :) WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I would recommend the settings :) I wasn''t sure when I first saw them because they were only cast and not cleaned but now a definate yes!!! For the price you would be nuts not to get one..... !!!!

Just gorgeous woo! The setting seems pretty substantial and extends past the stone, but just be careful with those exposed tips!!

Thank you firegodess....................THe jeweler is ordering me something to cover the tips.... What would they be called ????

Are they v-tips? Like the ones on your ering with the sapphire? Cuz I call those v-tips. Not sure if that''s the proper name.

yes....he said they go on the end........ Look kind of like a butterfly on the ends...
