Now I really did it :((

Jeezus please please take care and if you must, go to the hospital. Drive to Jersey (or are they blocking NYers to their summer homes there too?). Missy I am not kidding, please monitor yourself and take your temperature. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

I am OK Kate the Great and Wonderful! Just took my temp and it is 97.1 which for me is normal. I don't know the progression of Covid 19 (not googling it for now) but for now just headache and fuzzy throat for the most part. Thank you for caring (((HUGS))).

IDK if they are blocking people from their summer homes yet but we don't want to leave NY and stay at the beach house just yet. Just want to be able to go back and forth to feed the ferals every few weeks.

Just playing cards with Greg.
And he's wearing one of his new rings.

Hi NIRDI’s

@Mamabean I am glad you got over your “bug’. I am sure your DH misses all of you; that’s great he is coming there. I am sure you’ll figure out a bathroom visit okay. As for your creepy basement I wouldn’t want to find out what is behind that wall. A friend of mine had a place built in the late 1890’s and her basement was all dirt.

@junebug17 I did have fun with the bears in the windows this week. Marty said at last they were finally useful. Most of my employees don’t work well when things are out of their norm so hopefully they’ll adjust to the new norm. You and @Mamabean are brave to cut your own hair; I’ve done that a few times and let’s say it wasn’t my best look. Ha Ha. That’s too bad DD’s boyfriend was laid off; the job losses are awful. That’s good news your niece and husband did not test positive. That’s a positive right now that DH is busy with work.

@bling_dream19 I keep covering my camera with a sticky note but it doesn’t stay too well. I need to tape something over that sucker. Your pretty leggings match your pretty sapphire. Sweet.

@AV_ you are welcome for the weather surprise. Glad you only do voice conference calls. I think I’ll start putting a teddy bear in front of the camera. Ha! Gorgeous pictures from your walk today. That is so much greenery it looks like a jungle compared to Wyoming.

@Scandinavian I hope Furbaby 1 is doing better; poor baby. I hope you caught up on your sleep.

@missy I hope you are feeling better this afternoon. Gracie looks more loved and content in every picture. Are Gracie and Oliver playing well together? Love the kitty photo in the play pen; they have their own space. Sweet. Good idea to use moisturizer. I kind of resist using lotion when I’m on my Mac or iPad but I might have to get over that. I am putting really goopy Neutrogena cracked heal creme on the top of my hands at night before putting on lotion and it is helping. We got about 4 inches of snow. It is mostly melted except on the grass. I am glad you have nice weather. Gorgeous trees. Thanks for those pictures. Your new bands are great. Maybe if you can’t get to NJ to feed the cats you can hire someone to do it for you. Ask around people you know there.
@Austina sadly yes nothing seems to change at work. At least so far we are reassured they aren’t considering laying any of us off. Glad your online order showed up okay. I did see the news about everyone going outside to applaud the front line staff; I saw the video of Kate and William’s children.

@Tekate I chucked at Mike’s diet; eggs and oatmeal are certainly a daily staple for Marty. Good luck and have fun on the house plans.

I am working on laundry today. It’s smaller than normal; I haven’t been wearing a new sweater every day here at home. If I’m cold I put on my sweatshirt. Woo hoo - no sweaters to lay flat to dry either.

@Niffler75 how fun to make a rainbow for your window. I hope your ring arrives soon. How fun to color.

@canuk-gal our snow has ended and it’s at least sunny here today too. Glad you enjoyed a lovely day. I always have problems with dry hands so I’m with you on that. I’ve gotten so I am not washing my entire hand but make sure I’m washing my fingers and palm; the top of my hand is what is really bad. It depends on what I’ve been doing too.

Work was insane yesterday. They wanted to add some last minute concerts for the weekend so I had to update the program guide through Monday. I also had to attend multiple meetings for said concerts and I think remote workers like to talk more. Plus I had to voice my concern LOUDLY that I am altering a massive / important database through Monday and you get 3 new database file loads between now and Monday that could overwrite what I’m doing and BREAK everything. I was pooh pawed and said it’ll be okay but hey I told them so.

I told Marty this work week was exhausting. I don’t know if it is because I am working from home or what but it was busy.

We watched TV last night and my sister who loves to talk on the phone called me at about 8 so the rest of my evening was shot. I told Marty “darn” when the phone rang and the TV announced who was calling me. When you are under house arrest you can hardly pretend like you aren’t home.

I am making a batch of cookies today. I asked Marty what kind he wanted and I keep forgetting the health nut side of him always wants oatmeal. So we agreed on oatmeal chocolate chip. I thought I’d make PB chocolate chip but maybe next time.

We ordered curbside takeout from Olive Garden today. Marty decided to go pick up a few things at the store on his way out so he said they had more than the last time he was there. Maybe the hoarding is subsiding or the snow kept people at home today.

Take care.
Marcy

Hi NIRDIs. I swear what ever is messing up my brain is making me lose time. I really hadn’t realized it had been so many days since I posted. In the interim, I had my follow up MRI and there is no apparent tumor but I have nonspecific white matter changes in several places on the left side of my brain. Apparently that can be caused by migraines, seizures, etc. and since I’ve had both of those, it doesn’t tell me anything new. My migraine neurologist referred me to an epilepsy specialist for the time being, but who knows if or when I will be seen. For now, I’m just trying not to lose too much time and to get as much work done as possible when I feel well (even if that’s the middle of the night) so I can hold onto my job. I’m still having regular “spells” which is no fun.

keeping food in the house has been difficult with five teens. We’re rationing, but it doesn’t help when the stores limit the quantity you can purchase and it isn’t enough for the size of our family. Bread is nonexistent here so I decided to bake my own. Between ordering a Dutch oven, dough whisk, proofing basket, etc. it’s set to be more expensive bread than what the gougers are peddling!

On a bright note, I got most of my appliances and sink installed just before the full lockdown so I am enjoying being in my kitchen and tinkering with them.
We are mid-kitchen-update but the new backsplash and fridge may be on hold due to delivery issues.

As for CV, a friends wife tested positive which is disconcerting. And my grandparents (both in their 90s) are in a retirement home where. Three workers have now tested positive so I am especially scared for them. My grandmother has copd on top of other issues.

I have read everyone’s updates since I last posted but sadly can’t remember enough to respond to all of you wonderful women individually. I hope everyone is safe, well fed, and feeling well!

I leave you with a picture from my backyard a couple of days ago...

@Keeliamira I am glad you don't have a tumor but hate to hear you don't have any answers yet. I bet it is tough to feed 5 teens; I'm about to start baking my own bread too but we need yeast first. Good deal you got things installed in your kitchen before the lock down. Sending mega dust to your grandparents. Scary times. Pretty picture with the rainbow.

Thanks Marcy. I have extra yeast. If you decide you want me to pop some in the mail, I’ll triple sterilize the packets and pop them in the mail to you. If you make a sourdough starter you should be able to keep feeding the starter and use it as infinitum to bake bread.

Thanks @Keeliamira. Good idea to start sourdough bread. That is my favorite.

You are a very bad bear indeed! Teasing like that .
I think we might be related...or at least have the same sister.

Beautiful photo, Keeliamira! :kiss2:

Missy, I am telling you right now, you do not have permission to get sick. :naughty: So. Don’t.
OK? XX
The pollen here is too terrible to work in the garden...tree pollen I think.
I’m hoping that’s what is making you fuzzy there.
Updates, please.
Love the photo of your “huggers”.

Had to break down and go food shopping yesterday. Saturday morning and no one in the store. You’re only allowed to get one of each item, and there’s no milk, I had to buy a can of whipped cream for my coffee LOL The silver lining of no milk!
And fortunately, happily, there was a rack of pansies in front of the store so I was able to buy some flowers to plant.

Garden progress...

This weekend...this is going to be the best weeded garden ever. Basically weeding the garden is my whole life right now :-)
Now, if I could just find grass seed and garden tools :-)

I just want to add that although my posts might seem a little clueless, I’m very aware that people are going through tough times. I’m hoping by posting normal stuff it will be helpful. Honestly my garden is not the center of my thoughts right now, I’m having a hard time getting away from the new cycles and worrying about my friends in places where things are most dire and all hell seems to be breaking loose.
It’s disconcerting to be on the other side of the world from many of the NIRDIs :-)
I wait every day for you guys to wake up in the morning and start posting your thoughts! XX

@Keeliamira :wavey: Hi lovely, thanks for updating us! I have been thinking about you in amongst all this madness going on! I really understand the brain fog and headaches. At best it's like wading through treacle. Get as much rest as you can, write a list or use an alarm to remind you to do things. Take care x

@Jimmianne :wavey:The wonderful world wide web brings us closer together! I am trying to post about normal stuff too and not to expose myself too much to media reports as my anxiety levels really skyrocketed! Take care x

That’s me lol. I keep checking and rechecking. As if a cure will magically appear and we can all get back to our normal lives again.
Hope you are well and that you garden will keep you reasonably entertained during all this!
Nothing much happening here. Just dog sitting Furbaby so she doesn’t lick her paw and wondering if I should try to make sourdough bread. Never tried... but kind of inspired now! But I have to make it gluten free so might have to improvise a recipe :P2:lol-2: might get interesting! Lol!
hugs!

Hi Nirdis,

I don't have time to catch up as today is post-Covid-19 cleaning day. Yayyyyy. Although I have to say, I miss my fantastic cleaning woman way more than any beauty treatments.

Missy, I hope you feel better and that it's nothing serious. I'm having definite seasonal allergies, lots of pollen falling from the newly blossoming trees here, and I'm being pretty strict about having some windows open. Do you think there's any chance it's that?

Anyway, I wanted to leave you guys with this little funny video from a UK golf announcer (make sure sound is on).

Stay safe everyone.

Hello @Keeliamira it is so great to hear from you! Glad you love your new kitchen and home. And it's a small world (as if we needed further proof) because I also have "unidentified white matter/objects" (I don't remember the technical term now) in my brain. I was diagnosed in 2014. And my neurologist was surprised I don't suffer from migraines though we decided perhaps my sinus headaches were possibly migraines but I digress. It is great news you don't have a tumor!!! But I hope your "spells" calm down and go away and in the meantime sending you so many good vibes and big hugs and lots of love. You remain in my thoughts. Praying your grandparents stay well and so sorry about your friend's wife and hopefully she will be OK. It is an uncertain and scary time. Sending you lots of well wishes and stay safe. XOXO.

Oh I love love love the progress you are making @Jimmianne and thank you for sharing with us. I am sorry you cannot get milk. Yesterday Greg said this must be what communism feels like lol but not lol. Long lines to get food and supplies which are often gone by the time one gets to the end of the line...but yummm whip cream works haha. Silver lining indeed. Yay for pansies and other flowers. Making life a little bit prettier in what is a challenging time. (((HUGS))). Update below on my health.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm. OMG @marcy I want some cookies now. Sigh. Enjoy.

Work was insane yesterday. They wanted to add some last minute concerts for the weekend so I had to update the program guide through Monday. I also had to attend multiple meetings for said concerts and I think remote workers like to talk more. All of that sounds great but for the crazy work part. But very glad you have work and are keeping busy making the time go faster. LOL with your sister keeping you on the phone for so long. Yay for cookies. And for ordering Olive Garden last night. You are lucky to live in an area that has space and less crowding. The kitties are OK thanks for asking. But Oliver still chases poor Tommy. I would love PB chocolate chip...just saying. I think the snow keeps the hoarders away. Stay well and hugs.

That’s me lol. I keep checking and rechecking. As if a cure will magically appear and we can all get back to our normal lives again.
Hope you are well and that you garden will keep you reasonably entertained during all this!

I hope Furbaby is doing better and I vote for sourdough bread yes please. Yummm. Gluten free works for me. :) Sending you hugs and love. Be well.

@Mamabean thanks for asking. But first how is your DH? Is he home with you yet? How long is he staying? How is your mom and how is David? (((HUGS)))

Hi Nirdis,

Hi @jaaron how are you all doing? I have been keeping good thoughts for your family and hope all is going very well. Thanks for the funny video. LOL. I don't think it's allergies as it doesn't feel like my usual MO re allergies but hoping it isn't Covid 19. I guess I will know in time. I am remaining calm no matter what though and hoping for the best. Your experience gives me hope. Stay well and thanks for checking in with us. Please keep in touch if you can. XO.

@junebug17 how are you guys doing? Sending you many good wishes.

@Tekate great Kate sending you more love and hugs.

@sarahb checking in with you...how are you doing? (((HUGS)))

@Poodles4me thinking of you and sending good vibes your and your family's way. XOXO.

@canuk-gal how is everything going for you at work and at home? How is your mom and your sister and everyone by you? Sending you hugs and good wishes. XOXO.

@AV_ good morning and I hope all is well. (((HUGS))) Any ice cream updates?

@Daisys and Diamonds continued good thoughts being sent your way. XOXO.

@Slick1 so glad you are home with family once again and sending you all lots of love and hoping your DD can stay for a long while. It's not fun being away from loved ones. That might be the worst part of Covid 19. Not being able to be with all the people we love and want to care for and g-d forbid should someone need to be hopstilatized they will be all alone :( But enough worry talk. Sending you brightness and sunshine on this rainy day. (((HUGS)))

@Austina how did your video chat go with Adam yesterday? I gargled with salt water but couldn't get Manuka honey. That's OK. Sending you hugs and lots of well wishes. Hope your morning is going smoothly.

@bling_dream19 how are you guys doing? When do you get your masks? I am glad you are getting a pink one and we can be mask twins lol. (((HUGS)))

@Niffler75 how are you? How's your son and DH? When are you getting your new ring? (((HUGS))) And lol same here. Waiting for great updates but know we must be patient. Not something I am skilled at...patience that is but working on it. Hang in there and all my best. XOXO

Aww same here. (((HUGS))). I truly care about everyone here so much. It is like you are part of my extended family which is a big deal as we don't have anyone but my parents and sister and nieces and BIL and MIL. We have a very small family and you guys are now part of it IMO for better or worse and I am here for each one of you however I can be. (((HUGS))) and love.

So we are doing OK. Since I have been feeling unwell we have stayed in as I will not put anybody at risk. Nope. So we played cards yesterday and it was a rainy day and today is the same. My throat feels somewhat better still a bit fuzzy and my nose is sort of running a bit. No itchy watery eyes which would signal allergies to me. Luckily no asthma or trouble breathing yesterday so fingers crossed that remains stable. My headache comes and goes. Not sure yet what I am dealing with but staying in and keeping others safe.

Sending all of you lots of well wishes and love and be safe and be well.

And even though it is big and small dog Sunday I am leaving you with a photo of Gracie and Tommy. They are not interacting but at least they are sharing the same chair peacefully. Believe it or not Gracie chases Tommy sometimes...she cannot be more than 7lbs but Tommy is only 8 lbs so there you go. LOL and Oy.
((((HUGS)))).

@missy Good morning ! Glad you are not feeling (much) worse although I would have preferred that you were feeling better! Kitties are so beautiful!

@marcy the baker! You always makes me so hungry! So as a punishment I decided to ask you for tips on sourdough bread! So: Any tips? Lol

Speaking of food @Scandinavian (and yes you are right naughty naughty @marcy  )
My mom texted me one of the meals she made from our food delivery to their house last week.

momanddadmeal.jpeg

I know she loves a good salad and that is why I gave her half my salad supply. And my dad enjoyed it too!

@Jimmianne I have already told everyone of interest, that I will not pronounce that word or indirectly discuss; people obviously bite their tongue, without objection - the few grumbles of two weeks ago, have turned around. I do pay attention to the local city hall - ultimate authority in practical matters & little else. Regarding the news @Scandinavian - well, I have met Lady Debate too many times before to pay attention, then, it takes far more information for me to make my mind - not that I wish it. I do wonder what I need to know - eg. there are no shortages or hoarding here, but can there be? I have finally bought some extras, so my pantry looks happy for once [it isn't meant for one, by all means - if I fill all the space, I could run an eatery out of it.]

@Keeliamira I bake all the bread, making mostly risen flatbreads on a grill - hardly knead, they take one hour [or overnight in the fridge] to raise out of baker's yeast, and minutes to bake; this is my favourite food by a long shot, incl. lightly stuffed versions. @marcy If you keep surdough, I am all ears for details.

@marcy It always seems to take some time to adjust the volume & pitch with anyone working remotely; I might be succeeding to set the tone sometimes - more by being rudely brief [then, inviting separate time for chatter, which tends to petter off], of things just work out this way by coincidence [I hope!]

@missy Your latest news sound all good to me. I hope I am not seeing things! No icecream here yet (nts!)

-

on with Sunday, draft (final, hopefully!) due next week

Happy Sunday Lovelies

Just listening to our daily government update on the situation. It’s the only news we listen to now, it’s just facts and no sensationalising. Although it’s sad to hear about the latest fatality numbers, it also gives the numbers testing positive, and more importantly, the bigger number of those testing negative.

They’re saying we’re about 3 weeks from the peak, and if we all keep staying in, it should flatten the curve. Looks like we’re going to be staying in till at least the end of June, but it’s far better than the alternative.

@Scandinavian hope furbaby’s paw is getting better, and you’re all keeping safe and well.

@AV_ we’re making a conscious effort not to talk about this too much, there’s nothing we can do, so we’re just getting on with getting on.

It’s lovely to see how your garden is coming on @Jimmianine, we all need something to focus on while we’re dealing with this, to enable us to get through it.

I’m so glad to hear it’s not a tumour @Keeliamira, I know that doesn’t help much with a treatment plan, but it’s a positive thing to cling to. That’s great that you managed to get most of your kitchen sorted out before this started, and when this is over, you’ll have a perfect home.

@marcy oy, the more things change, the more things stay the same! How do these employees manage their own lives? Yum to the cookies, I’d love to bake but done want to use any of my resources until I can get more.

Whatever helps pass the time @Niffler75 and keeps your mind off all the awfulness is a good thing. I thrashed Colin 4 times at Wii bowling this morning, and once our garden games have got through their quarantine in the garage, we’ll be playing with those.

Really looking forward to see the choices for your finishes @Tekate, and ‘helping’ in any way possible to make sure your new home is tip top! Glad the family are all OK.

Hope all is well with you @Mamabean and your DH got to you safely and you’re reassured that he’s OK.

@missy I’ve read that if you’re ‘snotty’ it’s not one of the symptoms of CV, I’m continuing to keep the healthy vibes winging your way across the Atlantic, Stay in and stay safe. Adam and Kim are fine and have no intentions of leaving the house any time soon, they’re well stocked and safe, and that’s all we want to hear.

Cool and windy here today, so we haven’t even been outdoors, we‘re amusing ourselves playing games and keeping calm.

Keeping all the lovely NIRDIs in my thoughts and wishing you all good health, keep safe my dear friends :wavey:

A quick shout out to everyone this evening. :wavey:Been a difficult one as my son really struggles with anxiety and with everything going on it's quite a potent mix particularly on an evening. :knockout: So sending ((hugs)) to everyone. Happy Caturday Saturday lovely ladies!

For some odd reason the cats love to hang out in the playpen. A huge apartment they can run around in but we often find them here. LOL. In honor of Caturday Saturday I am sharing this photo of our crazy kitties. They all get along when they are sleeping.:cheeky:

tommyoliverandgracieinplaypen.png

Thank you Sharon! As for wearing a mask it is the right thing to do. Protecting others as well as ourselves as best we can. You rock Sharon! Thank you for the zinc lozenges rec. I have been taking those every day though I wonder if they will help at all since they are probably 10 years old at this point. LOL. But I know the stores won't have them so I make do with what I have.

One tip to keep your hands OK is just moisturize each time right after you wash your hands. That is what I do and so far so good and my skin is super dry. Of course if we are out I just spray with alcohol when necessary and then when I get home I wash with soap and water and moisturize the heck out of them. (((Hugs))).

Sigh, that ring is just gorgeous. :kiss2: And LOVE your leggings! Very happy you have work to keep you occupied and also to help keep you sane. Your weekend plans sound very fruitful. I am not as industrious lol. Wish I had the energy. We will probably continue what we have been doing. Working out and hanging out and just taking it day by day. Hugs to you sweet @bling_dream19

Woohoo, cannot wait to see your new ring. :appl:How nice you made a tissue paper rainbow to cheer up people. Especially given the possible TP/Tissue shortage lol that is a great sacrifice ;-)
And I hear you about trying to stay sane and maybe not being that sane to start... Heck, the more interesting people generally have a little bit of crazy in them....that's OK.:cool2: Stay safe and well. Hugs.

@AV_ indeed. Hope you are enjoying a nice weekend so far. XOXO

@Slick1 how's the toe doing? Thanks for looking up the Kosher salt for me. D'oh :doh:why didn't I think of that? Sleep deprivation is making me fuzzy headed. Yup, I am going with that.:shhh: How are you feeling overall? (((HUGS)))

@marcy did you get snow? How much? Living vicariously through you right now. Snow sounds pretty refreshing. It was hot here yesterday. Mid 70s I think. XOXO

@Austina how are you guys doing? Thank you so much for all your warm wishes. I am so glad you and Colin got the supplies you need. We are pretty good on food for now too. Hoping that holds. You are right. Gracie is loving it here and we love her. But OMG she is just like Oliver with the food. I guess our kitty challenges are meant to continue but compared to this pandemic it is nothing. And in any case we will all be OK. I keep telling myself that. (((HUGS))).

@Scandinavian how is fur baby's paw today? (((HUGS))).

@junebug17 how are you and the family doing? Sending good thoughts your way.

@Jimmianne any recommendations for good movies on Netflix or Amazon or Hulu or cable? How is your gardening going? I love the thought of you in your garden enjoying the fresh air and flowers. Hugs.

Hello to everyone else. Sending you hugs and love and safe vibes.

Leaving you with some lovely blooming trees. Nature is awe inspiring.

Have a good day lovely ladies. XOXO.

Missy I love the pictures! If this is your block in Brooklyn I am jealous! We lived in a brownstone on the UWS and we loved it. Hope to be back there someday. Thank you for the happy pictures of NYC and some blooms!

Hi NIRDI’s!

@Jimmianne at this point in time you should expect me to tease someone; I live for shenanigans you know. We do have the same sister; if only they’d talk to each other, huh? Oh no for horrible pollen; our spring pollen is 6 - 10 weeks away. Hard to say where we live when spring truly shows up. Gorgeous house and yard but yes weeding will keep you very busy. I hope you get milk soon.

@Niffler75 and @Jimmianne I’ve always been a news junkie and even before this pandemic I quit watching - I am sick of the clowns on the left and jokers on the right - here we are stuck in the middle again. They should make that in to a song. Ha Ha. I keep comparing COVID numbers to the swine flu and current influenza season which causes me to pause. That’s the science side of me coming out. Your window looks great.

@Scandinavian let me know if you make some sourdough bread; I’ve been considering it myself especially after @Keeliamira mentioned it. I wish I could give you tips on making sourdough bread; I used to make a lot of cinnamon rolls or dinner rolls but only made bread occasionally. Maybe @Keeliiamira has tips for you. Poor Furbaby with the sore paw.

@jaaron we are letting our cleaning lady come. As Marty said she’s running around here in gloves with cleaning disinfectant anyway. I think most of her clients have cancelled on her. Oh no for springtime allergies arriving. I’m not looking forward to it.

@missy poor Tommy getting chased by Oliver. I have PB Chocolate Chip cookies on my to do list this week. I remembered last night that oatmeal cookies swell my tongue; I could have made Marty his raisin oatmeal cookies. Sorry to hear you still aren’t feeling well; I hope it passes soon. Big hugs to you! Your mom’s dinner looks delicious.

@AV_ good idea to check local notices but proceed as normal. That’s great no hoarding there. I went to the store this morning. Holy Bare Shelves. The bread, milk, eggs, canned goods, cleaners, toilet paper and paper towels were gone or very low. They did have plenty of meat and chips. Good idea to learn how to set the tone and be brief in calls; hopefully this week will be more smooth.

@Austiina that’s good the numbers are more promising there now. I saw an article that the guy there would estimated 500,000 deaths was way off and that article suggested 20,000 fatalities. No deaths is best but that is quite a difference. The more tests countries can do the more the risk rate will change and hopefully go down. I wonder that myself about my employees. I was holding back on baking much too but we are able to get eggs and I got flour so cookies are in my future. Mmm. I hope your weather is better tomorrow.

@Mamabean I hope you had a lovely visit from DH.

Marty woke up at 2:30 and I made the mistake of talking to him. I feel asleep at about 4 am. He said he napped a bit in his recliner. Poor guy.

Marty met some of his clients in the park for a barbell lifting meet. They all kept their distance from each other and had wipes to clean what they used plus hand sanitizer. They had fun. I ventured to the grocery store. I got us more eggs and bread but the rest was mostly baking or snacking stuff. Since I got ice cream I ran that all home then went back to the park to get a picture of the lifting crew. After there I ventured out to the cemetery to put some yellow roses on my parent’s grave. After that I let my Porsche run wild and free which both of us thoroughly enjoyed.

I did presses and rows today and will do deadlifts tomorrow. I may as well lift 4 days a week since I’m grounded.

Take care. Keep smiling.
Marcy

Here is Marty and his clients in the park. BTW I love the camera on my phone.
