HI:

A Lamborghini Gallarado was being admired in the parking of our golf course last Thur--right next to the Bently Continental GT. I would not have known these cars from a bail of hay--had they run me down. Like the Ferrari, I doubt is recognizable but to a small sector of the population.

cheers--Sharon

Yes... If I had a dollar for every BMW 3 series I see tooling around here, I could retire.

A lot of 'luxury' brands have begun to cater to the masses to make more money. You can lease a BMW 3 series for $299 a month. I call them the 'every man' car because 'every man (and woman)' that I know who gets a couple of dollars in his/her pocket seems to run out and get one of these cars. I even looked at them recently! It was actually kind of a let down on several levels, but that's another story.

Anyway, I am only speaking form my slice of experience as one person in one part of the country.

i agree. dare i say.... that BMW 3 series is the HONDA of new york city??? the only thing that outnumbers them are yellow crown vic's and black lincolns!

I vote for chanel, gucci and LV- purely for logo recognition.
I consider lamborghinis, porche, and a lot of cars as luxury, but couldn''t describe the logo......
I suppose Mercedes.

perry- interesting info about oil of olay... I had no idea it was so big. But heck, I''ve got about 5 bottles of it sitting around in various places...

still don''t consider it luxury though... maybe I consider anything I can afford as non-luxury! hehe.

there are a few of those around. mostly classic. i see about 1 a week complete with driver.

....being a former honda owner. i would feel bad having my car here.... paying more to park it than i did for the car.

I believe the Rolex Crown is a top five according to the marketing reviews I''ve read
