Yeah, now that I see the videos I agree with @Rfisher about the ring around the tiny table -- for me, I'd keep looking and certainly your budget allows for a better-performing diamond

Regarding the first diamond you initially asked about, I want to echo what others said about the dark central area. I think you would see that obstruction in a lot of situations and it would bug you. I actually love very teensy tables but in my experience it requires a very high crown and other characteristics of older cut styles to work (can create mega kozibe which is awesome). But the proportions aren’t quite right with this stone.
