Opinion on this 60/60 diamond ?

Hello all!

Here’s another one I am looking at. I’ve been debating between these two for a while now.

It has an ideal proportion and a pretty nice looking idealscope image. However, the arrow is not as distinct as the 60/60 I posted and is also not as bright and white as the 60/60.

Could you please tell me which one is a better choice? Do you think it is a smart trade off to go with the whiter stone and not the one with ideal proportion? Or is the color difference going to be so minimal that I totally should not decide based on that.

Thank you all so much in advance.

If it were me, I would go for the whiter stone, but I'm personally color-sensitive. The range for color gets wider as you go down the color scale. A "high" K to a "low" K will vary a lot more than a high D to a low D, and it does look like you found a high K in the 60/60 stone. I would at least take advantage of the return policy and bring it home to view.

The 1.52 is slightly better cut, but the 1.50 J is significantly whiter. The J seems to have less body color than the 60/60 and will be much more fiery--this may be the one to go for. Are you possibly able to get both the 60/60 and the 1.50 J to view them side-by-side at home and return one before you have to pay the cc bill?

The SBF may be a concern. May be OK, may not be.

Found this one, and you may want to ask for an ASET or newer Ideal-Scope image, just in case the existing one was taken incorrectly:

Sorry about that! Apparently, I need to start drinking coffee before bedtime...

Nothing jumps out at me right now.
JA inventory changes often, so keep checking.

If you are able to save up some more and increase your budget, then that may help open up some more doors.
Here are a couple of examples of doing so:

Thank you so much!

Hi Suki, did you end up with the 60/60 diamond. My diamond has similar measurements as what you were looking at. I am curious as to what other members think of it as well. Screenshot_20220828-110720_Drive.jpg
