Opinions on Oval

not an oal expert.

I would call Whiteflash and ensure that the stone is eyeclean to what your specification of eyeclean means.... I think it looks lovely, but again I dont know squat about ovals.

No oval expert - just looked into it for a bit for my search.

The face-up size seems about right for 1.5 cts (46 sq. mm's), despite the thicker girdle. Bowtie is visible but looks rather slight, but this needs to be confirmed with the vendor. It has a nice table size and crown height, but honestly, I'm not loving it.

Along the body running north to south, especially under the table, it looks like very watery crushed ice. Nothing wrong with "crushed ice" and many like it, but it's much too watery for my taste. I prefer sharper crushed ice - like mini bright, sparkling pinpoints, but with this one, especially under the table, it looks like everything runs together.

I'm not loving it either. I would rather see the typical faceting pattern in an oval (but thats me). By typical I mean something
like this one....Yes, it has a bow tie but I would rather see that then just a somewhat random pattern. Maybe its a symmetry
thing my brain is looking for.

This helps, thank you. I understand the watery affect that you are referring to, however I'll have to go through James Allen website and look at more ovals to try and get a feel for the different faceting. I didn't really look there as I'm tied to WF with my trade.
