Hi Folks,

My first post on PS; would love to get any opinions on this ASET and IS for a princess cut.

Hey guys,

Any thoughts on these images? I'm happy to post any additional information if it will help.

Post pic of actual stone?

ASET looks fine - not the cream of the crop, but pretty good. I think you'll see the slight leakage in the corners under the table IRL.

What does your rep say?

I haven't had a chance to discuss the stone in person, though I was told by email that there is some degree of light leakage around the culet (but also that this isn't atypical for princess cuts).

Pics of the stone are below; it's an E VS2.

I've also been told that the stone has a minor abrasion on one corner, but that it can only be seen under high magnification. That's all I know for now; I'll post again after speaking with my WF rep.

Looks very similar to the IS and ASET of the stone I bought and my stone looks beautiful in person

I'm not sure that the center (around the culet) isn't actually leaking quite a bit. I don't think that's a reflection. In the Aset, the center is black (for leakage). In the IS, it's white (also for leakage).

How large is this stone? Depending on its size, the area around the culet could be relatively large.

It's 1.7 ct, if that's helpful. Do you think I'd see a difference between a stone with some light leakage at the culet (such as this one) vs. one without?

R. ::) and since many-chevron princesses are so busy in twinkle nuances of twinkle will have that much less impact in real-time in two well-cut stones.
