Opinions on this one? It is perfection, yes? Because it is so well cut, it would probably face up larger than it is, correct? Or do you see any problems with it?

Hi Karen,

It isn't cut to the absolute highest standards but it is what we call a ' nice make' cutwise, so it could be a contender. The IS looks good. What are the colour and clarity?

Hmmm...so you''re saying that even thought the IS looks good, it could still not be a great performer because of the cut?

Thanks!!!

post the other pictures, too.

Ah, good idea! Here''s the ASET image.

I am saying that it isn't cut to the very highest standards that you usually find such as the AGS0, A Cut Above branded hearts and arrows and suchlike, but it appears to be a nicely cut diamond which could perform well.

Just saw you uploaded the actual picture, it looks very nice!

It scores a 1.5 on the HCA which is good. From my tutoring on this site the crown and pavillion angles aren''t the ideal but they are complimentary. Meaning the crown is steeper and the paviliion is shallower than ideal angles but can compliment each other resulting in great brilliance, fire and/or fire. I think the idealscope and asset confirm this are telling you this is a beautiful diamond.

Could the experts let us know if I''m wrong?

I think it looks good.
