Hi! I'm looking at this ~2ct oval diamond. The specs are:
I've been reading lots of guide material and some suggest 34.2-35.3° for the crown angle. It also states that a shallow angle would produce more brilliance at the cost of dispersion. Is 32.4° considered too shallow?
Also if you see any red flags in this stone, please let me know! Appreciate everyone's experience and expertise.
- Depth: 60.7%
- Table: 59%
- Crown angle: 32.4°
- Crown height: 13%
- Pavilion angle: 40.6°
- Pavilion depth: 44%
- Girdle: Think to slightly thick
