I didn''t know weather to post here or in another forum, so here goes.

After reading about The Natural Sapphire Company, I clicked on their website and.....well.... I went nuts. LOL.

I saw a stone I absolutely fell in love with, ordered it and picked a mounting from many they suggested.

It is a 0.90 Orangish Pink, Cushion, step-cut, natural Padapardscha sapphire from Ceylon. I can''t begin to tell you how beautiful it is.

It looked lighter in the picture on the website. I figured for the price I paid, I would get a light stone. Well my ring just arriaved and WOW. It is a dark color and soooooooo BEAUTIFUL. I am in love with it. I can see right through the stone.

I had it set in 18K white gold.

My digital camera isn''t working well, so I will have my daughter come over later to take a picture with hers. Now I will have to figure out how to download onto this forum.

I have always wanted a Padparadscha and now I have one. I highly recommend this company. I just called them to tell them how much I love this ring.

Oops forgot to mention, the setting I chose is sort of antique, with 28 brilliant diamonds total of 0.32ct. They are small, but the ring sparkles.

I love Pads! I can''t wait to see the pictures! And it''s good to know that the natural sapphire co.''s pics aren''t making the stones look better than they are!
Thank you!

congrats on your new stone and new ring! can''t wait to see pictures.

it is my understanding that as a rule of thumb pictures posted on a vendor''s website are lighter than the actual stone just as you experienced.
