I googled paraiba tourmaliens as I didn't know what they were and it seems like it's a very special stone. Lucky you! The ring is really beautiful, like your blue sapphire.

Love the amazing Caribbean sea glow! The beautiful color is just so lovely with the sidestones. Perfection! I remember looking at this thread last year and in particular loved the photos on the wood/rock. All of the photos are wonderful, but the ones with the natural elements made me wonder how it would look on driftwood or seashells. Like a beautiful treasure on the beach!

Thanks for chiming in Arcadian. I love it that we are ring sisters . How do you evaluate yours after you have been wearing the ring for a short while?

Gosh I love it! Its ridiculously sparkly in a very understated way. I would have gotten bigger frenchies if I would have stretched my budget (but maybe next time!! )


BE/ERD made this a substantial piece. Its a little top-heavy but even when my hands aren't swollen, I don't experience spinning. The frenchies...well they're gorgeous...lol They are very sparkly while still allowing my center to steal the show....lol




I have to admit, now that I've lived with it, my first pictures are some pretty bad shots! Its pretty mixed color on the inside, but outside its much more caribbean blue color, but its no paraiba, thats for sure! Considering the prices right now I'd have to mortgage my house for one

I do have to get used to the width. The shank is thicker than rings, but its not uncomfortable.
