Period of ring

Hi, i found a ring while gardening to me it looks like an engagement ring I was wonder if anyone
Could tell me around which period it could be from it has no hallmark just 9ct stamped inside
I've been to my local jewellers but tbh don't think was really bother just said it could have been made prior to hallmarks
Any help would be appreciated.
