PITAsschers!

Oh that is such a pretty ring, that design works do well with your Asscher!

That's so pretty! That blue really grabs your attention! Congrats on your new PITA! I'm sure she will be worth it!

Eeeeee she looks great! Hope you receive her ASAP.

I love this! One of my favourite cuts with one of my favourite settings :kiss2: That looks to be a beautiful asscher and the setting really makes it pop and makes it look substantial in size as well. I'm looking forward to seeing the pics of the finished ring.

Can I just say how STUNNING the ring in your avatar is? Is it a sapphire? It’s color Is out of this world!

Thank you so much It is a sapphire. I have a whole thread on it in SMTB:

How did I miss this? Your Asscher is gorgeous and spready for a 1 ct. and the setting makes me crazy. It's timeless and just elegant.
Asschers seem to need to be judged as individuals, not by numbers. I saw a post from someone who bought a really shallow one because it faced up so large and after comparing with better cuts, she chose it because she loved it. And it was beautiful, it looked like water.
Congratulations on having a good eye and trusting it. Hand shots!

Update - she’s arrived.

Ivy & Rose nailed the stone setting. It’s limbo low, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s eye clean as the vendor said it would be, a SI is not something I’d ever considered for a step cut. But I think it works. It’s spready too, big old table so the coverage is great for only 1 carat.

It’s a 6.5 setting - my right hand has some knuckle swelling issues so I went up a half size to give me play.

The setting is fairly dainty - it’s great value for what it cost do NOT get me wrong. It’s beautifully detailed but I will try to mindful a hard knocks!

What a beautiful setting - love it!!
But it won't get along with your hoof pick.

That is marvelous! It looks absolutely perfect with your band.

Wow it's so beautiful!!!

Agree. It will have to stay in the car when I’m visiting this girl. BE6CEA6D-779A-4AD1-8E9F-7DA461497218.jpeg

Beautiful intelligent face. I used to think, if you have a really good horse you don't don't need a diamond.
What is that bit? Not a pelham, is it? Silicone snaffle and . . . ? I've been out of everything for so long.

Happy Mouth Pelham. good eye. It’s a non jointed, flexible medical grade plastic bit. Very soft in their mouth.
