Actually, I don''t think the pictures do this ring any justice at all! It is so much better in person and I get so frustrated trying to capture it on film. I even have cruddy cameras, so I can''t wait to get my hands on a better one and see how it looks through those! All my friends and family have told me to stay out of the sun because they''re blinded by it! Hee hee hee!

Actually, anyone can find a magical chandelier, just scour your local crap sales for a circa 1973 faux chandelier and it''ll probably do the trick...I swear, it''s the best lighting ever...I think the fuglier the chandelier, the better the diamond lighting!

Hi Poshpepper,

Nope, I haven''t gotten them posted yet! I cannot seem to find the macro setting on my old camera, but I did manage to take a few the other night I think are pretty good. We just planted some flowers in FI''s backyard, so when I go there this weekend, if it''s not raining, I''m going to try to take some outdoor shots! I''ll try to post again on Sunday night, but I have a feeling that from past experience, I stink at that, so I will probably have to recruit Andrey to help.

I will also try to post some pix my friend took of me in the final contender wedding dress from ebay...I''ll put that in my wedding thread!

Well, ladies, that''s all I have. Hopefully that makes up for my delay in getting anything worthwhile posted!

Since the last pictures, the head has been straightened out and lowered. Also, the prongs have been shaved down and made thinner so that they no longer look like a giant claw grasping the stone!

I still think there is work to be done on the prongs, but I''m working on that.

Hope you enjoy all of the new photos! Now I''m off to try to add to the wedding dress pictures! Wish me luck!
