Please advise on Freshadamas for a necklace, 18" strand.

What is a good mm size?

Does white with silver overtones look brighter/fresher than white with pink overtones?

What is the best type of clasp?

I have a strand of Freshadamas with pink overtone and they are about 7mm. I''m 5''4'''' and 125 pounds or so, and I think they are the perfect size for me. I went into the Pearl Paradise showroom and I preferred the pink overtones to the silver, but that''s just me. You might want to try calling in and asking one of their reps. I love my Freshadamas, good choice!

You really gotta go locally and try on pearls. My Fiance and I thought 7mm was a good size but then as she tried on bigger and bigger she ended up with 8.5 - 9mm.
I bet if we wanted to spend more she would have gone up even higher! She is 5"9 120.
As for overtone you gotta see that in person. We went with slight rose overtone, the strong rose blended better but she liked it.
If you want a more striking mirror like appearance maybe the silver.

You don''t need Freshadamas just to determine size and the overtone you like so shop local and then order the freshadamas once you have done your homework.

Great ideas. Obvious that I should go try on sizes but I didn''t even think of that. (Duh.)
Now, if I go locally, I didn''t realize they could tell overtone - I figured I''d need a specialty good pearl vendor for that. I guess I''ll call the local high end jewelry stores and see if they have pearl strands with different overtones.

Probably a(nother) silly question - but do Freshadamas ever go on sale?

Not that I know of but you can use coupons codes, their standard coupon codes for ($15 off $100) ($40 off $300) and ($75 off $1000.)
When ordering by phone just tell them you want to use the coupon. I would order by phone anyway to make sure you get the overtone you like.
