Thanks @facetgirl. Great question. Greg loves stud earrings on me so for him I will keep them as studs for now. The plan, as it stands now, is to eventually add a wire and have them as dangles right below my lobe Thelma and Louise style. I would not change the settings though as these are original to the earrings and you might remember I am a sucker for antique settings. And these settings are STUNNING. So I would just have Grace add a wire to make these drop earrings. For now though they remain as studs and I will see how I feel about them. One problem is I do not feel them in my ears and I do love the swish of a dangle when I gently shake my head so cannot do that with these. Also how does one keep studs clean lol. To put them in my ears I have to touch the diamond. LOL.

Aww thank you so much @KristyDarling! And all the other names were taken lol. I love Thelma and Louise and Sonny and Cher and Bonnie and Clyde and The Olsen twins. Grace took all those names lol. But Mary Ann and Ginger work because M and G for Missy and Greg plus who doesn't love the complete package that were Mary Ann and Ginger....passion with wholesomeness girl next door. The best combo right?

I love your idea of the wire! Brilliant! I have a pair of swarovskis I got for a party years ago. They are really large rounds. They are on a euro wire and sit so close to the earlobe. It's a beautiful look.
