Awesome :)

Are you losing time by staring at the sparklies in bed in the morning again :D lol

I just got engaged yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the diamond my fiance went with!
He wanted to make sure I show off my bling :D I love how it shines in every lighting condition- i can't stop starting at it!

1.50 G CBI!

Glamour shots of my new .82 E VS2 Crafted by Infinity. Haven't seen the ring in person yet, but I get to post an update tomorrow when it does get delivered. Jamie from HP Diamonds gets the credit for these amazing pictures.

@natasha-cupcake
Wow, that is so gorgeous:love:

You will find that your CBI will surprise you when you least expect it.
Welcome to the CBI family.

Beautiful setting too, which one is it?

Thank you for welcoming me to the family, cflutist. My "little packet of perfection" (as Wink called it in the video he made for me) has some mighty big sisters in your branch of the CBI family!! My setting is a Stuller Solstice head on an Adwar shank. I wanted to stick to a strict budget (I have three kids in college at the moment) and I wanted the majority of my money to go into the diamond. So I was trying to go with a stock setting from Stuller, but all of the ones I was drawn to, were missing something. So Layla came up with the idea to put these two pieces together. I love it--classic, simple, beautiful proportions and a great price point.

That is a brilliant idea @LaylaR .
I love this setting, classic, sleek, and so beautiful.

Thank you Cflutist. Settings are a puzzle. Finding out what details are important to the client and focusing on that. For Bette, it was six prongs, a reverse taper, and a strict budget. Once that was clearly established the pieces clicked.

I can not WAIT till tomorrow. Happy @natasha-cupcake gets her ring day! :appl:

A simple beautiful classic ring !!..

I don't think I ever posted the video of my stone. Here it is. My CBI 1.26 ct F - VVS2. It's the most beautiful and cherished possession I own. Nothing compares to CBI, and HPD's work.

These are lovely :)) as is your ring!

Are they five 20-point stones in each? Are they CBI stones or HPD-quality-but-not-CBI? I didn't think CBI usually cut that size of stone!

Thanks!! Yes, these are 20 pointer HPD stones. Once I decided what I wanted, I contacted HPD first and Melissa helped me put it together rather quickly. They should be here any minute! I'm very excited. :appl:

Cbi 2.02 ct k vs2 on a size 5.5 ring. I previously worn a 4.5, although I can put on and take off the ring, I found it to be a bit tight. Now with 5.5, it is a bit loose. Riding the bicycle today, I feel as if the rings are going to slide off my finger.

I really love how the diamond looks in indoor low light. You can see the many tiny mirrors and the diamond just looked crystal clear and sparkly. It doesn’t go dark. Unless it is pitch black.
