My only halo is a Portuguese cut morganite in a Rose Gold halo from Gabriel & Co. I have had this ring for several years. Grabbed it before every mall store was drowning in the stuff.

Hey goldenfire, long time ! Excited for your upgrade! Thanks for the compliment- There is indeed a thread on this diamond- it is an avr 2.12 I color. It is an “old timey” style oec with a teense table and I love it. It vacillated resetting to a soli but ended up buying the other avr (3.64 L) and that has satisfied my longings, lol. The “original” thread on it and finally my thread where it was set:

Lol- I guess I should clarify that the 'original' thread was diamondseekers, actually there were a couple long threads- she went back and forth with this 2.12 and the diamond she ultimately chose, her current cut-by- Yoram 2.4? I think beauty. I ended up with this stunner, and chose to set it in this rather extravagant setting.

Here’s my favourite ring, a beautiful Birthday present from my lovely husband. I have posted it before, but we finally had it assessed and it is an antique ring circa 1910/20’s. If I remember correctly, it’s a 3.25ct Sapphire with single cut diamonds in Platinum...I love it! Still can’t believe it’s mine!
