Some gorgeous pieces this time around. I am loving those fireball pendants. So chic. If only I wore pendants I would love one of them..... Maybe I just need to buy one and see!

If you miss all the ones during the sale -- I bet you could contact them and they'd make one for you.

I almost bought a second one today, which is of course completely unnecessary -- but they are SO beautiful and unique!

The annoying thing is that the sales always start at ridiculous o'clock here in Australia so unless I set the alarm (and wake up Mr K... Erm, honey, it's ok, go back to sleep, I'm just buying jewellery) I always miss out. I think I am going to have to ask them to make one for me - IF I want one.

Still debating. We are in HK in a month and I really really want some Tahitians for Christmas.......

4ranchgirl and Jeremy selected this 16mm Edison for me last year when she was at PP shopping. I have been wanting some earrings but the likelyhood I would be able to find something like it was iffy. I was excited when they showed photos of matched pairs of edisons at the August sale. When we saw them in person I realized it may be that I would have to get a different color and perhaps this color would be much easier to match to a pendant.

After looking at all the pairs I selected "A" 14-15mm, Eternal semi mount findings in 14k yellow gold and Hisano's magic. These are the finshed earrings. Jeremy and Hisano will look for a similar pearl on their next shopping trip.

Well, I think they do work. The cherry are cherry and the Edison is more rosy/copper. Any dark pearl would probably work. The Tahitians look like pipsqueeks next to the Edison though.

In the photo below look at the cherry tahitians in the wooden box in the middle of the table. My cherry earrings were two of these. Then look a the size of the Edisons in comparison.

When I got my Edison from the previous PP sale, I was surprised at what a great match it was for my aubergine Kamoka pendant. So, perhaps aubergine pearls would be a closer match to the Edison.

The Edison is 17 mm and the Kamoka is 11 mm.

Like these colors, NL? These are the 17-18mm Edisons and right now A and C, which look to be the bluest, are still available. Hmmmm......
