Omg I really love both. Did you get center stone stats? Prices?

Aren't they gorgeous? The one in yellow gold is something around an O color but it works really well with that metal. I think it's around 1.5 ct and $11k if memory serves -- I was looking to get setting ideas for my asscher so I wasn't focused on those details. The other m-2-b said was probably 3.25 ct and I color. -- it's on 1st Dibs but with no price and I didn't check while there. I know, I wouldn't make a very good spy!

Wow! Stunning rings

If you are referring to that asscher ring that's GIA I, when I went in August, I tried on that same ring and it was in the ballpark of 70-80k I believe.

Gorgeous rings Huldak!!!
I misunderstood and thought the Asscher was yours when I saw it over in your thread in Rocky Talky. 8-)
Thanks for posting!

They are really both gorgeous..of course 11k way more do-able than 70-80k :-)
I just love SS!!

I was able to try on some rings last week. Here are my two favorites, plus a SS family shot.

Great pics Logan!!! Thank you for sharing. Aaah, I so admire the Single Stone goodies. Wish I could afford them

I tried on that band too Logan! Aren't those stacks of bands delicious?

*DROOL DROOL DROOL*

I've been eyeballing SS for a custom setting... want them to recreate something like the below. Are their custom prices ridiculous? Are they even MORE ridiculous if you bring your own stone?

GUIDANCE NEEDED!

Drooling at those stacks!!

sparkle2b, I think you'll get many more responses if you post in RockyTalky with your own thread :) Try that!

I was quoted 5-6 for a 1.5 carat vintagey halo/cluster ring. It would probably be lower for this style.
If that's the ring I think it is they were charging 23,000 plus for it with a 2 carat cushion EGL G color SI1.
Someone else might like to chime in but you can do better I think especially with the fact that it's likely not actually A G.

They do offer a "discount" if they source the stone.
If you have the center stone already it feels more like a penalty premium for the setting. They do wonderful work from everything I've seen, but you'll have to decide if it's worth the money.

I'm reposting an instagram from SS - not to offend anyone, but that is a bad repro!

I'm pretty sure the SingleStone one is one the left, so IMO they improved on the original. (Apologies in advance if I am wrong).

The SS original is on the left. The rather poorly executed copy of a SS original is on the right.

I love Single Stone's work so much. I wish it wasn't so very expensive. But in my list of top ten rings of all time at least 4 are Single Stone!

SS's workmanship never ceases to astound me

Huh, I've spent months browsing these boards and this is the first time I've read about Single Stone. My girl dreams about getting a vintage ring and this has opened up a whole new door for me (and her!)

Single Stone has some great rings. I'd love to see more of the engraved ones too.

Ari has some astounding pieces and always has treated my wife and I with the utmost respect when we came in just to browse. We did eventually end up with a Singlestone piece. I highly recommend him to even those new to the jewelry world, he spent the time to explain terms to me, a jewelry noob.

Hello, here is my SS setting in 18KYG.

Gorgeous Kroshka! I love this design. And look at that chubby crown of your diamond
When did you get your ring and did you make a seperate thread as well?

Time for a new and gorgeous Single Stone addition. They created this ring for Devaughnb's fiance. With Roger Dery sapphire.

Get to chime in on some great customer service at Single Stone.
My boyfriend has a heirloom ring he is planning to propose w/. We wanted to get it checked out to make sure it was durable for me to wear and I had some questions (do we need to get it resized and was the stone a OMC or transitional ? ?).
It was later on a Saturday afternoon when we arrived at the LA showroom and Ari was kind enough to come over, take a look at the ring . . . clean it !!! and answer my countless questions. Very gracious.

We were both blown away with the customer service and knowledge.

It doesn't have to be resized it just fits :appl: but it does have a very thin shank.
He took time to really explain to my BF and me two ways the shank could be repaired/redone when the time comes.

A fun fun place to visit.
