Preview of my new JW tourmaline =)

Jeff has finished my new stone, and he sent me a pic! It''s shipping tomorrow!

It is a 2.05 ct, 7.9 mm medium pink tourmaline cushion. Originally I had wanted another asscher but Jeff felt it was a little too dark for the steps to show clearly, so now it''s a lovely pink cushion

Hopefully it''ll arrive soon and I''ll have more pics!

Thanks everyone! There were actually a couple possibilities, but Jeff recommended this one because it was more saturated

Linda, it will definitely be a ring! But I''m not sure what kind of setting - if I want a plain solitaire, or something haloed. Probably the former since I just got my garnet halo, and I''m working on another haloed ring for a green tourm.

Any suggestions?

I absolutely adore Jeff - this is only the second stone I''ve bought from him, but seeing all of his stuff bought by other PSers, and my morganite, well it just blows me away. I''m so antsy to get it!

I''m also impressed (though not surprised) with how the stone turned out. I put the deposit on it without knowing exactly what it would look like, and just trusted Jeff to pick me a lovely darker pink stone, and he definitely pulled through!
