My dad told me when I turned 39 that it''s the one age no one ever believes.

He thought that was so funny.

Speaking of getting carded, the other day I got carded buying smokes. I nearly fell over. It was so funny. At first, I thought he was kidding. Then I realized he was serious. I handed it over, and he nearly choked. He said, "Wow, you look good." I laughed all the way home. DH burst my bubble by saying he probably just wanted to see where I lived.

I turned 27 less than a couple months ago. Wifey just turned 27 as well. Are we still mid-twenties or have we hit the late 20''s yet?

Hubby and I were talking about that the other day. Here''s how it works:

( I''ll use the 20''s for an example, but it applies for every age bracket)

20-23 = early twenties

24-26= mid-twenties

27-29= late twenties
