I don''t think that Obama supporters feel the need to bluster. I think most are vocal about it because they are happy about finally having a candidate that they can feel so good about, and also about what his candidacy says about how far America has come. PS reminds me of my neighborhood, where there are Obama signs all around (15 in one yard) but in the end I bet we vote for McCain. Lots of bluster from the Obama supporters - they seem to need to shout it out. Look at me! I''m voting for Obama!
Take a gander at all the ILOVEBHO threads here, then look at the measley one or two point edge in the poll. One never would guess it.
