Unfortunately, there is not enough information about that stone to be able to make a judgement call one way or the other. I''d strongly recommend looking at WhiteFlash, Good Old Gold, or even James Allen. Each of those sites posts extensive information about each diamond, and we can use that info to help guide you to what you are looking for.

you can do an "InnerView" with dimend Scaasi. They have Ideal Scope.

what is that??? anddddddddd how do you know by the depth and table that a stone has a great cut??? or do you only know by the angle #'s?? it looks like there is an ideal range I don't know about

Unfortunately, that is not an in-house diamond so they don't have all the info listed.

Off the top of my head I don't remember what your budget is (sorry - you must have posted it in the other thread!) but WF has a few nice looking diamonds.

1.51 J VS2

1.64 J VS2

my budget is about 10,000 I am a little hesitant to look for J stones because they are borderline slightly yellow in color but I see what you mean ......is whiteflash only online they have no stores?

Whiteflash is only online. If you live in the Texas area (Houston I think?) you can make an appointment to go into their offices.

I wouldn''t hesitate with an I or a J as long as the stone is an ideal cut. They tend to "face up" whiter than poorly cut stones.

really??? is it that when the cut is ideal then the color ,as long as it is at least near colorless, doesnt make the diamond look dramatically different??? or maybe I am wrong?

My diamond is an I and I''ve held it up next to a few poorly cut Gs, and I think mine looks better. That isn''t to say that I don''t see some color - when I look at it from the side in certain lights it looks warmer, but top down it looks super white.

You want a 1.5 ct. stone to have a diameter of 7.4mm or very close to it. I wouldn''t settle for one that faces up smaller than it could. Look for depths at 60-62. Generally, the deeper depths will cost the stone some diameter.
