Real life perspective

Omg so I found a real life perspective shot with my original diamond (second setting however) which is amazing cause I thought I had no photos of it but one. I didn’t get a phone that could take photos til after I got rid of this ring. Not sure who took the photo but here’s my original ER diamond. In its second (and my first custom) setting.

Not the best ring photo but I’m glad I have it. My nieces outshine any bling anyway. ❤
ETA found one more.

@missy- Nice! Also, I've noticed in other photos too, the younger niece looks quite a bit like you.

Aww thanks. I think my younger niece looks just like my sister did at her age and the older niece looks like I did when I was her age. I cannot find any better pic right now but here's one when we were around that age.

I find this thread extremely helpful. One takeaway for me: pave settings REALLY help the ring stand out on the hand. Rings look so much whiter and attention grabbing in a pave setting! I definitely will need my wedding band to be pave, based on what I’ve seen here.

here are a couple of real life shots of my 2.18 antique moval.BD8740EA-8AD6-4651-940A-26E65FFE6005.jpegE7E92A75-F979-48B3-B038-E1D0804D437A.jpeg

Hi. New member here. Since I joined Pricescope I’ve been pouring over threads after threads and this is definitely one of my favorites! So I thought I’d chime in and bump this thread. Here goes ...653ABAA0-2567-4302-9F8D-63C426ED6556.jpeg
My new eternity band from IDJ. Definitely a special moment for me since it’s baby’s first snow. :)

Gorgeous! I always find myself so captivated by a plain solitaire & band. They just make my heart sing :kiss2:

Absolutely. I often dream about a three stone or a bezel solitaire but I just can’t quite commit to trading off the stunning beauty of a simple solitaire

Is this the Clash? Looks good :)

Maybe the small Clash? The Cartier product photos didn’t grab me originally, but it looks really great in person and beautiful on you. The “spikes” are softer than one would expect!

I don’t know how you can focus on anything it gets anything done with that ring, @LLJsmom. I would just stare at it all day hahaha.

 Thank you. The funny thing is that once I am happy with a piece, when at peace with it, I'm not nit-picking and focusing on what I don't like. I don't keep checking it and obsessing with the problems. The end result is I don't think about it at all. So weird right?

So busted. Trying on new bling.

I am, for once, speechless. I have no words that can describe the incredibleness of your ring. BLINGTASTIC times three. Truly stunning. :kiss2:

@LLJsmom - how can you not help staring at all the sparkles!? I’d be so distracted and will end up just staring at it all day hahahha. Enjoy. It really is outstanding!

Real life perspective of MaryAnn/Ginger (and a glimpse of Bubbalah).

My right and left hand.
Left hand: MRB Halo in platinum from VC and Platinum Eternity ring (my wedding band) from Cartier, I can’t stack it so I’m wearing it like this.
Right hand: uncertified OMC in yellow gold from Parksfinegroupinc. 2.49ct(?) but its a deep chunky stone so face up small.
Finger size: 4.25-4.5
