Real Life Sleeping Beauties?

Hey ladies! This is an interesting exhibit! These gals in Ukraine that are on "display" for the exhibit are bound by contract to marry the man who wakes them up with their kiss! They're on display for 2 hours at a time, with their eyes closed, getting kissed by a line of guys! I'd be bored to death with my eyes closed for so long! LOL!

Hmm i don't know how i feel about this , signing contracts that bind you to marry someone if you open your eyes is a little....whats the word i am looking for?..... LJL said it best " batsh*t crazy".

Art is taking a weird form as of .. well its always been a little weird , but using live animals or in this case " sleeping beauties is weird to me. “Eres lo que lees” " "you are what you read" by Guillermo Habacuc Vargas is a dog with a horrible ending. The infamous Damien Hurst who is known for his butterfly room which i love , his butterfly cathedral windows which are beautiful but i hate because its sad. The diamond encrusted skulls one of which is an infant ( i have one as my avatar) , but the Merrill Lynch employee is insane. I wish i could see it in person , he looks young and i just stare at my computer screen in amazement thinking how in the world?

Whoops sorry for getting off track it just amazes me the lengths people go to be "creative".September 9th is a over a week away am i the only one secretly hoping someone opens an eye?
It will bring a new meaning to the phrase " love at first sight"

They aren't actually sleeping, I don't think. They just keep their eyes closed, and open them when they feel like they're being kissed by "the one".

You think that's all they're seeking? They're bound by contract to actually marry, though.. I wouldn't want to marry anyone just for a little pinch of "fame"? I'm truly questioning if they're dumb or desperate enough to actually believe a union like this would work? Haha I think the Bachelors and the Bachelorettes have a better chance!!!

You're right about the Bachelor/Bachelorettes - i guess those are the ones more inline with the 15 minute theory!!! STill--- why would you go that route (sign a contract to marry whoever kisses you and wakes you up?) if you weren't a little on the 'attention seeking' side!! These are lovely looking women who can't possibly only have a media frenzy as their only option of finding a mate? oh hey --- I guess we just summed up the Bachelor/Bachelorette theory too, didn't we!!
