If it would not work with a vendor, there is always a chargeback policy.
I think if the item was purchased, it needs to be in the customer hands at least.
If a customer lost or damage something after he got back a product in their hand it is their fault.
How would I know if a seller shipped product to me?
There are a lot of stories on ebay where product get shipped and get lost by using all varieties of tricks.
Another problem - I do believe shipping from China to US cheaper that from US to China (Thailand etc). Often, these vendors would ship big packages to US location, and when resort them in US and use first class mail after that.
I ordered from Siam once. I am happy with the product I got. I was nervous before it reached me.
A business can deny customers for any reason I guess. It does not mean it is fair to either side.
