Ring setting question

Hello,
I’m upgrading to a platinum Gabriel & Co. engagement ring and wedding band set. I was planning on putting my .52 carat princess cut diamonds in this new setting, so they used my current diamond’s dimensions when placing the special order. If I decide to upgrade to a larger lab diamond, will it be a problem? Can they simply adjust the prongs to accommodate the larger diamond?

Depends on the setting. I would contact the jeweler now if you are contemplating using a larger stone.
