Well I''m not sure either. Some web searchs turn up some things....

One official sounding one is: DSB stands for drug seeking behavior. Source: Medical Abbreviations,
8th edition, by Neil M. Davis. The ISBN is 0931431085

But I think it might have been an obscure reference to this: often noted in the medical books
by the acronym, DSB. Literal translation - Deadly Seamen Backup.

I think a bit of tongue in cheek wording was going on because most references for SRH were Sexual Reproductive Health.
