No, they're both fine since all the other proportions and angles are fine and the cut precision is great.

There's your answer...something with 0211 has caught your eyes more, so it should now be owned by you.

Pavilion has a shallow reported depth at 42.5% instead of 43% - usually means that many of the actuals of some of the pavilion facets average out below 40.6°, which is starting to get into risky territory... especially since it's paired with a crown angle that is also leaning towards shallower. I'd avoid it and keep looking for others.

You'll get used to the diameter of the diamond after it has been set, especially after a couple weeks of daily wearing to acclimate yourself to it.
However, if you think dropping in diameter would be better suited to your personal preference/taste, then I'd recommend a minimum 0.20-0.25mm decrease, so somewhere in the 7.40-7.51mm range.
