As we all know, December 10 is the day of the Nobel Prize Ceremony, which usually provides delightful sparkle from the Swedish Royal Family as well as a celebration of amazing accomplishments. Since the Ceremony is virtual, we don’t get the jewels.

i think the lover's not was a lifetime loan but went back after the divorce ?
I know the Spenser was a lot more comfortable to wear and the lover's knot gave her headaches

HSH Princess Charlene of Monaco in some big gold earings with a new hair do ....
I try really hard not to criticize kings and Queen (ruling Princess and Princesss) and their direct hairs because being such high profile public figures and with a large segment of the media having an anti monarchy agenda they get plenty of criticism and also i have very vivid menories of how the press hounded Princess Diana
But goodness me Charlene???

My first post! Hope I am doing this right.... (can''''t tell if the picture will post.)

Anyhow, Prince Joachim of Denmark was engaged today to a Frenchwoman named Marie Cavallier. Her engagement ring has a sapphire, diamond and ruby to reflect the colors of the French flag. It was chosen by Joachim who also made some modifications to it.

IMHO I think the ring is a bit fugly. I like that he put some thought into it but it would have been nice to see a family heirloom used - although since this is his second marriage maybe it doesn''''t have enough "weight" in royal terms to merit an heirloom ring.
