It was all smiles and heirloom jewels at Princess Isabella of Denmark's Confirmation in Fredensborg Palace Church over the weekend!
The Princess of the day wore a lovely pearl, conch pearl and diamond brooch/pendant with long family history. It belonged to Queen Alexandrine, who gave it to her granddaughter Margrethe (II) as a christening gift. Many years later, the story was repeated when the Queen prevented the brooch to her granddaughter Isabella for her christening.
The proud mother debuted a pair of earrings with turquoise and diamonds. They are part of the legacy from the Duchess of Connaught and have been passed down in the family until The Queen decided to give them (and a large pendant brooch) to Crown Princess Mary for her 50th birthday.
Speakijgnof Granny Queen, she opted for some lovey sapphires, including an Edwardian brooch, which may have come from the Duchess of Connaught as well.
Aunt Marie and cousin Athena were also present at the joyous occasion. Princess Marie wore a modern diamond brooch with her delicate cluster pendant and earrings.

The Danish royals have been active on the jewlery front these days! Queen Margrethe II hosted a formal dinner for the visiting Prime Minister of India. While the ladies didn't wear tiaras, they still had a few nice jewels for the occasion on display.
The Queen wore her wedding earrings and 4 row pearl necklace with amethyst clasp. She also pinned the sapphire cluster brooch at the center of her midnight blue gown.
Crown Princess Mary wore her modern chandelier earrings, first seen in Oslo in 2017.

I can't quite work out Camila's expression
Her mouth looks smiliy in an almost cheeky sort of way but her eyes look sad
Did you purposely crop out Camila's smart watch ?
Im hoping she had her golden kiwi on
i enjoy the layered look on her wrist
I think she would have done very well with the layered looks typical of Queen Alexandra and Queen Mary
