Ok, well just to share my final brainstorm for the night, here''s what I''ve got. It looks like it would be pretty expensive though and I''m aiming cheap! Maybe I''d have to substitute orange roses?? I''m loving the green apples though!

Oohhh...I am sooo glad you started this thread Gypsy!!! My FI and I are getting married Sept 28th next yr and the whole color scheme thing is freaking me out!! Have no solid ideas yet of what I am going to do!

Since we are at the end of Sept (almost October by 3 days, I am hoping it will be a little cooler, and maybe I can go a little darker with my flowers. I am thinking of putting the girls in a champagne/taupe-ish color for their dresses, and then maybe dark pink, almost wine-ish bouquets, maybe roses?

Also this color scheme is pretty (dress/flowers- dont mind the little girl)...

Forgive me, I am a big fan of neutrals...

I really like the champagne and deep red combo... it IS an understated look though, surprisingly. But I think with your love of earth tones it is a nice way to have neutrals and color. I would, personally add a few small touches of a slightly lighter deep red into your bouquet for contrast though. Like the china berries or something like that... small accents of a slightly lighter shade would really make the darker hue pop and highlight it's beauty. Just me though. Love the champagne though... Have you thought of maybe getting you attendants red jewelry to go with that? By that I mean a simple garnet pendant.

WOW! I missed this before. What a gorgeous color combination! Don''t know about that cost though. But I would definitely call and ask around at a few places before discounting it completely. Looks great with that bright green doesn''t it?

Oh hey thanks, Gypsy! I''ve been looking for pictures of apples in flower arrangements all day today. Found a few cool ones. Maybe I''ll post them tomorrow.
