Ok so the last round I posted, plus the one that has the donut pushed in and is lowered more:





THEN! I have molds, I tried to keep donut on the left and no donut on the right:







I still like the steeper angle of the donut version but the lower profile of the no-donut version means overall it's my favorite. I don't know if it's worth it to see if they could make the back of the ring more flush with my finger... idk if there's some technological limitation why the can't do that or something, and I'm afraid I'm being annoying and overly nitpicky with too many rounds of CADs. Though I am happy to pay extra to get it right.

Yes, either way - it's going to be stunning. I am kind of impatient and ready to just get it on my finger. My mom also thinks I should ask and had to talk me down from my "but I want it NOW and I don't care if it's not quite right!" rant.

I’ve been having some health problems and was having a heck of a time even figuring out how to word what I wanted to them but I finally did it and the CAD they got back to me is just what I wanted so it’s been sent to casting! Can’t wait!

I’m excited to see it in person since I find DK’s glamour shots - nice as they are - don’t look anywhere near as good as real life and to me the paraiba looks washed-out here. The setting looks just how I wanted.

wow these pictures are a lot bigger on the computer than they were on the phone and wheww the inclusions are a lot, lol. Trust me that they are completely acceptable in person and the overwhelming thing I noticed about the stone was the color.

Holy cannoli! I’m literally panting over here! This is insanely gorgeous.
I’m already a sucker for paraiba (for obvious -glowy- reasons) but hot damn. The setting is absolute perfection. Those rose cuts (and I’m not even a fan of rose cuts) are absolutely everything. They look amazing. The whole ring looks freaking amazing. I’d call dibs but I know damn well I could never afford it. Not to be lewd (this is totally lewd so don’t read it if your sensitive) but I wouldn’t need any extra help from BOB (battery operated boyfriend) to get there, if you know what I mean. Just looking at this baby could make me see stars.
