Actually I think their photos are more accurate. I definitely haven't gotten the hang of photography yet (yes, they are much less cooperative than diamonds behind a camera!), and my phone seems to only capture the brightest flashes of pink. I feel like the flashes are blinding, but the body color is a bit darker. I don't know the technical terms so I'm probably doing a terrible job of describing it, but the color truly is lovely. When I opened the package I was actually surprised (pleasantly) at how saturated the color really was. I guess I expected a lighter pink from their photos and the "icy-pink" description, and probably a little just from the pink stones I've seen in real life. I told them, though, that I wasn't particular about the specific shade of pink, that I was more interested in saturation and sparkle. I will definitely trust their recommendations in the future, as I couldn't be happier with it!
