Believe you me ... I went back and forth on FC traps for quite a while! That’s ultimately why I was considering this set of diamonds that DBL has available ...

... to get the chunky-facet, side-stone action but with a smidge more coverage without the price hike of custom cut FC traps. Alas, after eyeing the tycoon with a ton of different options, I really feel like the spinels will hit a home run in the ring setting I am leaning toward having made. I think it’s all going to come together beautifully!

No update. I’d discussed the project with a local custom bench when Covid just kicked up in my area, but jewelers haven’t been considered ‘essential’ so ...

Hopefully that will change soon or at least allow jewelers to make appointments with clients to discuss setting and then they can work on those pieces.
