In the kitchen right after running errands on a cold November afternoon. She was in the glove for most of the day it was so cold but when we got back I let her out and oh she warmed things up considerably. Even with her icy beauty she keeps it hot.:sun:

Thank you dear Begonia. That is sweet sassy saucy stuffed (toy) snake Sammy.
We rescued him too haha. Seriously. He was thrown out on the highway and we were cycling and found him there a few years ago. We stopped and on a busy highway I crossed over to get him. I cannot resist animals. Real or stuffed haha what can I say? :bigsmile:

Hi! I'm new to the community. Asscher cut ring, 2.06 ct VS1 if I believe correctly, and color I'm blanking on. Bought in 2016 as a 10 year upgrade and I'm OBSESSED. I love my set.

I am the exact same way - I have gone on more rescue missions than I care to admit and stop every time I see any critter in need - I have three furry ones, the last one was the FINAL one according to the fiance - my friend had found a litter of feral kittens in a pile of trash/debris on a construction site adjacent to her home, naturally I offered to go help her tidy them up, and I fell in love with the feisty, hissy, biting one that she didn't find a home for....two days later..he was mine!!!

Funny how I failed to mention how sassy he was to my then boyfriend at the time :roll2: - turns out he is a destructive little monster and a total momma's boy. I promised he gets to pick the next one.
 
Goodness GRACIOUS! How do you ever get anything done with that gracing your hand?
 
Well I am going to be posting this bad boy EVERYWHERE. Some of you may have seen my thread in Coloured Stones about this reset, but for those that haven't, I bought this glorious Amethyst on a whim in Australia shortly after my daddy died & I left for some space to breathe. I had it hurridly set in a clunky, uncomfortable silver box ring so that I could wear it back to the UK & it immediately lost it's personality.

Fast forward 17 years & an amazing transformation by Daniel M, to show off it's true colours in a very simple way. I cried when I opened the box....

Forum says shameless show off and shameless it is! These are my latest acquisition! I call these my Elizabeth Taylor earrings. They are 2.5 inches long! And boy do they sparkle! I’m wearing them tonight to a Christmas party with an updo and bright red lipstick ;)
