I''ve settled on the Pronovias Sagrera. Put the deposit down yesterday

. I love it! I will be wearing it with the straps, as that is one of the reasons I liked the dress so much.

My dad took some pics of me in the dress, but he hasn''t uploaded them yet. I might post them, but they aren''t the best since the sample was about 4 sizes too large.

LOL yea... I had a bit of champagne to get me through the day. I was actually pretty tipsy for most of my pictures. Thank god it didn''t show! I sobered up pretty quickly once I got to the ceremony!

It was less than $280, brand new and fits me perfectly with no alterations, so despite not being officially engaged yet

, I checked with my boyfriend and he told me to go ahead! Just got it and am so happy with it.

Its a Monique Lhuillier. The dress is the Coco skirt and I think the Jacqueline top, but the specific version I have is also called the ''Lea'' because it was designed way back for Lea Salonga''s wedding. I forget what shade of white it is, I have not seen it in over a year

OMG we have the same dress!!! I went with Cap sleeves though instead of long sleeves. So awesome!!!

Ok, I have seen you in your dress in several places on Pricescope and I am in absolute awe. Your dress is very similar to mine, as is your body type, and basically I want to look the way you look in your dress

Could you tell me what alterations you had done? Seeing the dress online/websites, versus on you, it looks like you had it taken in on the sides to fit you like a glove? Was it comfortable to sit in? What sort of bustle did you do? I remember seeing a pic of your bustle and it looks amazing. My train is a bit longer so I don''t know if I can achieve the same effect, and hopefully this doesn''t sound creepy, but I want it to fit snug against my butt like your dress did. (wow please don''t think I''m weird, I swear I''m not!) Any info would be wonderful!!!

My dress... I have no idea what the make of it is. It's a mystery dress.

Came from BABC - the head lady claims it was a dress from a runway show.

Buttons all the way down the back...

Silly Girl...Not creepy at all. First I had the top made into a subtle sweetheart neckline, so that it did not go straight across. Then I told her that I wanted the dress to be fitted till right under my bum, and it did fit within an inch. I had 4 fittings, the last one being 1 week prior to our wedding day so that the dress would fit my body like a glove...my only Bridezilla moment

...I am not an expert but I believe that just meant taking in the sides and tapering in it with the seems that went down the back--across the bum. Does that make sense? Also, I wanted an extra layer of crinoline removed so that it would lay a bit more streamlined to the body. The bustle was the standard bustle that the dress was designed with. Sorry, the name fails me...I just tied the ribbons together under the dress?
