Shopping in Hong Kong

My fiance just left for a 10-week temporary work assignment in Hong Kong - and I get to go visit in about 4 weeks! We may take a quick trip to Thailand, Singapore, or Vietnam while I''m here as well. I understand that jade is something I may want to consider purchasing while I''m over there, but does anyone have any advice about this? Are there other, perhaps better, things to look for - gemstone, jewelry, or otherwise?

I appreciate any advice - this is going to be an exciting experience!

Well if you buy some jade, buy som from a reliable source if possible with a gemstone report in order to know if you are buying A jade or B jade. Jade is really a beautiful stone, there is much to enjoy with this stone like no other,...
If you want to dream more: Do not hesitate to read: "Jade, Stone of heaven" from Richard Gump. Its a very good book...
Be careful, Jade can be imitated in many different ways!
