Thank you so much
How‘s your ear ring search going?
Still puddling through options, I just can't decide! I'm currently setting my sapphire and will reassess when I know how much more my bank account can handle

Thank you so much

Still puddling through options, I just can't decide! I'm currently setting my sapphire and will reassess when I know how much more my bank account can handleI'm thinking Ritani might be the go.
Gorgeous stone, congratulations! I also think you chose a classic setting and the size of the eternity band is a perfect balance and compliments the "engagement" ring, not too small or large.
I can’t wait to see what you decide on!Still drooling over your set
I purchased 6.02 ctw E / VS1 lab diamond earrings, 3 prong martini setting, from BE around the same time as the 4.75 ctw G / VS2 WF ACA mined diamond earrings that I talked about in my other thread. The BE earrings were less than half the price of the WF ACAs, despite being a larger carat size.
I know there have been a lot of really bad reviews about BE, but personally I had a great, easy experience with them and the earrings sparkle beautifully. They are IGI so they probably are not actually E / VS1, but they actually look higher color than the WF ACAs, so I'm thinking maybe F color?
I know this will likely be a controversial opinion, but I honestly don't see much difference, if any at all, in the sparkle, brilliance, fire, overall performance, and appearance between the WF ACA mined diamonds and the BE lab diamonds. I did use the HCA tool to pick them out, which probably helped. If I didn't know which earrings were mined and which were lab, I would be completely unable to tell which was which.

I have .80 ctw WF ACA studs and I love them, they were totally worth every penny! Just prior to purchasing the WF ACAs, I purchased an amazing 1.13 ct lab diamond from BE (graded by GCAL) with a .7 grade on the HCA scale. This lab diamond is amazing! The fire, scintillation, everything about it. It emboldened me to purchase an IGI graded BE lab pair with excellent stats (each diamond came out around 1.2 on the HCA scale.) Disappointingly, their performance was very lackluster and they were promptly returned. I think this may have been due to stria inside the diamond causing light to split and scatter and, as a result, the diamonds looked fuzzy and dull. I have another lab diamond from Ritani also graded by GCAL which is amazing! Both of the GCAL graded diamonds perform just as nicely as my ACAs.
TL;DR - ACAs are amazing diamonds! It is possible to find lab grown diamonds with equally amazing performance but it is also possible to get lab grown duds due to stria. I'm glad you and I both found great lab stones!
Do you recall if the diamonds that performed sub par were CVD or HPHT? I’m in the market for my first lab grown and I figured it would be easy but I see not!
Finally my turn to show off! My haul 8+ ct from Alex parksfinegroupinc. I have been shopping for a tennis bracelet for months....finally made my choice with Alex. I tried to capture the details with my micro lens...some taken with the help from my spouse.
More photos and videos at my blog post. It is scary how fast DSS sets in, in just a matter of days...now I feel like upgrading them...Oops!

Oh my GOODNESS!!! Love! Enjoy! And bracelet is yummy as well
Oh my! It's a stunner! Is there a thread dedicated to this? Do share the specifications too! I was planning my next purchase from Adiamor.
This is my lab rose cut. She’s a 1.3 carat E VS2 (I think, can’t quite remember about the clarity and am on vacation). Setting is a Spring Gulch halo in 18k with a platinum bezel and round diamonds. It is beautifully done and so easy to wear. She’s 8mm before the halo so has a lot of presence. This was a personal piece of Caysie’s. I always wanted to try a large rosie but was hesitant to pay mined diamond pricing for a cut I wasn’t sure I would like, so I jumped when I saw this on LT. I looove it. This stone has rainbows! I am surprised at how much I wear her and at how. I’ve been wearing her as an alternate ER.
Caysie was involved in the cutting of the stone so it has a excellent cut. This to me is the big deal about lab stones—trying to ensure they are cut super well. I would love to see more AV branded cuts in lab stones.

Halos are not really my style because I think they’re too fancy for me but yours makes me feel like I NEED one!
