Just sitting outside on the front steps after picking some flowers and thought I'd take a few snaps since the sky is clear and the light is lovely.

ETA Ugh! Just blew them up to look at them and saw my big thumbprint all over my center stone. I don't think I have EVER remembered to clean my rings before taking photos. Bad PSer!

@mrs-b : Your ring is iconic for many different reasons, but every time I see your ring I'm struck by how *perfect* the proportions are. Can you please remind us of the ratio of sidestones to center??

The sides are each close to 20% of the center stone - 62 pts each, with a 3.05ct center; 4.3ctw. The dimensions are 5.5 - 9.35 - 5.5mm. And I agree with you - the proportions are what make my heart sing when I look at it. Just fabulous.

ETA I've bought new sides, but they're almost an identical size (61 pts each and 5.45mm). For some reason when I bought these sides, I thought they were G VS1 and G VS2. As it turns out, they're VS2 and SI1. This bothered me, so the 2 new stones are both F VS1.
