I'm late in getting pictures, but wanted to share my perfect akoya studs from @molinePDG . Andrew, thank you for being a pleasure to work with, finding me beautiful earrings, and teaching me about pearls in the process!

Tiny earlobes!
Gorgeous eyelashes!
Really stunning and nicely-matched pearls!! And perfectly sized for said earlobes!
Everything about these photos is making me covetous!
Omg gorgeous on your skin tone - perfect size - amazing - is there an Etsy or IG account?
Thank you! I don't think there's an etsy, but I contacted Andrew on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/molinepearls/
Well - these don't count as X-mas - but I did buy them in 2020 and wore them over the holidays!
I got my first (and only) pair of baroque Akoyas for my wedding day and matching pendant (which was. freebie) - a light silver with lots of rainbow-y colors - I wanted something a bit "imperfect", since we did after all, a have an imperfect, but beautiful wedding in midst of a pandemic!

Oh seriously - you guys @MakingTheGrade @Daisys and Diamonds @CircularBrilliant @MMtwo @Lisa Loves Shiny @bling_dream19 are SO sweet! Thank you for your kind words, they seriously warmed my heart - we were so happy to have something to cherish in this strange and difficult year. It was a blessing and many people in the town pitched in to help <3 it wasn't the wedding we planned originally but we had the best day
And now I have those special pearls to remember it by!
Well, after 35 days in transit my Pearl Paradise Hanadama studs have finally made it home! I’m very pleased with them, the lustre is great and I can see reflections on the surface. They are a bit more “pink” than I had expected, but they look lovely on the ear. Very difficult to photograph with my iPhone but here’s a pic anyway,
They look lovely! Was that shipping time to the U.K. using FedEx or did they ship USPS/ParcelForce? That’s a painful wait whichever way!
Thank you, @yssie, sadly it’s one of the hazards of buying from overseas and being too penny pinching to pay for FedEx . Might try to get some earshots later but pearls are so hard to photograph!35 days.
OMG.
@Snowdrop13 you’re a saint. I’d have been climbing the walls.
I’m so glad they were worth the wait and that you’re enjoying them!!
They look lovely in that pic - very nicely matched in overtone colour and strength!
We’re going to need many more photos...
There isn't a thread for 2021 purchases, hence I am posting this in here, my 14-15mm carved Tahitian slider pendant from Wen Pearls arrived today, and I like it:
Neck shot - just the right size for casual wear with a collared flannel shirt - my winter uniform:
Group shot of all my pearl slider pendants together - I am not keen on wearing the big soufflé pearl from PP with a collared flannel shirt as it is a bit too big for this type of shirt/collar for my liking:
