That is sad to hear. But all the above sites are good but I suspect you are going to get more traffic in watchuseek forum. That site is specifically for watches; like ps is for gems.

Good luck with the sale... If I recall, there were a few compliments on this thread and you may garner a few enquiries, too????

I am not doubting you in the slightest DF, but what are the signs of it being a fake?

See the day Tuesday followed by a 2? Rolex never made a day reel with #s... plus the letter "U" on the word Tuesday is of a different size. Here is a genuine Rolex Day/Date...

DF, It seems the post/pics you commented on have disappeared from this thread unless I'm just missing it? (Where's Kenny with a screenshot when I need it? ). Anyway, Im trying to remember what type of Rolex you were referencing? A pink one was posted on LT awhile back and I was hoping it's not the same person. Probably a totally different watch, but I couldn't find the photo posted earlier in this thread to be sure. Curiosity killed the cat and all that!

Yup, gone with the wind!... The watch posted was a "fake" Rolex Day/date model, and not even a nice FAKE!...
