I have a few recycled pieces. Some are out of necessity, others to rejuvenate something not current / wearable.
Two watch conversions, two brooches to bracelet conversions and a few necklaces revamped after damage.

All very beautiful

I had to find the pictures but here is another repurposed project that DK did for me.
It’s my first diamond set. The original diamond is an OEC and I had it set in this princess cut setting with matching band.
He repurposed the center diamond into a rose gold bezel pendant and then took all the princess cut diamonds from both rings and made me a rose gold eternity band.
He even bought the old gold from me.

That’s incredible! I really just love that pendant.

Three years ago for our tenth wedding anniversary, I reset my 3 stone yellow gold e-ring. I added in my ACA studs to create a 5 stone in rose gold. It still makes me giddy whenever I look at it!

That is gorgeous can we see a forward facing photo?? It's funny because I've done recent searches for five stone rings with bigger diamonds - they are hard to find!

I have a lot of these! I will have a bunch coming up as well.

I originally had two single stone bangles by Grace. Terrible photo, sorry.



I also had a bezel set solitaire ring.

I had the bangles taken apart. The two bangle stones didn't match to be sides. One ended up as a side stone and the other a pendant.



I bought another stone to make a three stone. The bezel ring stone is the center in the three stone.



My three stone is getting a remodel with a new center.

I took the diamond out of the pendant and made my Georgian style earrings. I also used another pair of earrings for my top stones. I sourced another diamond for the bottom, as I only had one.





I have reset the center diamond in what was the bezel ring, then the center of a three stone, into an Edwardian mount, that suits it as an old mine cut.





The three stone setting and sides will remain. I am replacing the diamond I removed with a ruby.

I have more remodeling in the works as well!

Using two sapphires I purchased that will be bezel set.

Mostly Sako/Old Miner Jewelry. Old World Diamonds did my original bezel ring and the diamond came from them. Later Adam helped me turn it into the three stone, sourced a stone for matching sides and made the pendant.

Sako worked with the OWD pendant, my earrings I used, made the Georgian earrings and found the matching stone for my second earring drop, as well as reset my center in the new mount. He's also doing my opal bangle and is reworking my three stone for a ruby, because I removed the center diamond.

Thank you @maita13! It's a .70ct centre, then .56 and .54 either side, and the ends are each .35s. All I or J, VS2-SI1, ACAs from WF and AGS000s from Brian Gavin, set in 18ct rose gold with white gold baskets and prongs. It's an end to end fireball!

@Dandi, so kind of you to say that, I am definitely flattered . I have an unworn 1.04ct EVS2 (blame DSS), always think of getting 2x0.70ct to make a 3-stone. Now I start to think maybe a 5-stone is better but just can’t justify spending $$$ yet

Reset a white gold bezel ring I never wore into a rose gold bezel necklace! Grace Lavarro did it! Haven’t taken it off since I got it a month ago. Got the heart diamond for my 30th bday 7 years ago!

I would still try to see if prongs can be smoothed down. At least that would be an easy fix if that’s all it is.
I have a BGD five diamond band but it’s very comfortable on me. The diamonds are over 30 points each and in a Trellis design.

@kayla17 I think the five stone would be more comfortable. I have a five stone asscher in my avatar..It’s very comfortable because the diamonds don’t scratch the sides of my fingers.

Maybe not exactly recycled but I had been looking for a panther pendant and the only ones I could find that I liked were overpriced Effys (and Cartier of course was out of the question) so I found this oddball pendant on Etsy and had my jeweler remove the weird thing behind it and reconstruct the bale. The leopard head was 14k so pretty much exactly what I was searching for lol.

My first two have been in the last year! Both diamonds are around 1 ct and one was from my original solitaire e-ring and the other from my mother's (which I had recut and set into a simple milgrain bezel pendant at first). Caysie van Bebber did the platinum reset of my mother's stone, and David Klass made an 18k yg engraved pendant for my daughter using my original diamond.

I made this pendant last year, but thought I would show it in this thread.
I bought these diamond studs at an estate sale.
But I knew I would never ever wear them.

So I soldered them together to make a pendant.
I made the bail and a little leaf out of sterling. It turned out OK!
